PalmSource Hoping to Make It Big in Japan

Wireless Week: PalmSource Snapped up. PalmSource shares surged 77 percent following news that the software company is being purchased by Japan-based Access Co, which plans to leverage PalmSource to extend its reach in the mobile device sector. The deal is valued at $324.3 million.

I’ve added the Merger Agreement between PalmSource and ACCESS Co. Ltd. to the PalmSource contracts page.

Lately, I’ve been browing through the trading suspensions page at the SEC’s web site. Recently, the SEC announced a temporary suspension of trading for eGlobe whose last EDGAR filing was back in 2001. Why now? 😉 I’ve also added eGlobe contracts to the site.

I know this is old news by now. You can find the Stock Purchase and Contribution Agreement between Yahoo! and Alibaba on the site now. There are additional Yahoo/Alibaba agreements on the Yahoo! contracts page.
